	In order to make your experience at our accommodation comfortable and enjoyable, we have compiled some basic information that you should know:

	Check-in & Check-out Hours
	Check-in: 15:00 – 16:00
	Check-out: until 11:00

	Cancellation Policy In case of cancellation:

	- A full refund is possible if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the reservation.

	- After 24 hours, the money is not lost. It can be used for a future stay, via voucher, upon agreement

	Cleaning Schedule Rooms are cleaned daily between 11:00 – 15:30.

	Respect for Privacy During cleaning, your personal belongings are not moved, in order to ensure your privacy.
